Lowe's is a well stocked store. However, tried to get assistance over phone. I was put on hole for over 30 minutes with no one checking on me. I guess I have to visit store. They are not a good store for troubleshooting. I want my refund!!

If I wanted poor customer service and to be treated like I'm going to steal something, I'll go to the Orange Home Store. Here, they're nice as they ignore you.

I visit this location quite often because of the convenient location. The store usually has what I am looking for, but store layout feels contrived like it forces you to search too much for items and help is even harder to find. Very challenging to get attention of staff and WiFi is weak if you try looking for items yourself.
