My experience at this Lowe's Home Improvement store was positive. I shopped online for the product that I wanted. It was convenient to comparison shop online to compare products and prices. I made my purchase and selected curbside pickup. A few hours later I received an email saying my order was ready. I drove to the store and parked in a number space. I entered the space number in the confirmation email. And then a few minutes later a store associate placed the item in my vehicle. It was a great shopping experience for me.

Avoid lowes online and this store. They have no clue what is going on. Tldr; Waited 3 weeks for a Christmas tree to be delivered only to be stood up twice, maybe even a 3rd time. Inexcusablesndnobody seems to care. Full review I ordered 2 Christmas trees from lowes online and a few other items. Truck delivery scheduled for 2 weeks later. Email sent saying delivery is on track. Receive a call 30 minutes before saying they would arrive. Seems like a 5/5 experience. Trucks pulls up and the guy hands me a small box with a paper on it. Paper says "2 trees out of stock". First I learned of that. Told to call main customer service number. They say a "shipling manager from the large store will call you in 24 hrs". 3 days later, no call. I call the customer service number again and they the tree is in the warehouse and ready to ship. Great! Schedule for the next day. Email sent saying 10-2 delivery. 5 pm, no trees. Call customer service number again. "The tree wasn't loaded" even though it says it was ok my account and I waited ALL DAY! Again, told someone will call in 24 hours to reschedule a 3rd time. Not holding my breath.

Please save your time in visiting this location. WORST customer service, oh wait let me clarify, customer service does not exist in this location. They have people with Lowe’s uniform just to pretend they have staff. The only person that could help with anything (if that) was the manager. They won’t see me there again.

Worst Lowes in the area!!! Have been to this store on 3 different occasions (including today) and wait 15 mins or more for noone to assist in packaged wire!! Have gotten every excuse in the book! Today it was there's noone in the store today that can get wire out the cage.....REALLY!!..WOW! Last time acouple of guys got the cart and climbed up to get wire themselves. If you need wire go elsewhere.

Came in for yard waste bags. I was very happy that they were in stock. The orange box was out and they wouldn't check to see if they had them in inventory or overstock. Glad blue made my day.

I was in need of a part for my storm door. Daquan (sp) was very professional and extremely helpful. Seeing that I appeared in need of assistance, he approached. He was able to answer all of my questions and I was able to secure the required part. Excellent service.

I purchased a patio door from Lowes Sept 2022. The door wasn't installed until late Jan 2023. Once installed it was determined the door is defective and missing major part. I have been attempt to get the door replaced or my money back and removed the door. The door cost me over 2k, in a audit of my account it was determined I was initially charged for 2 door. Lowe's continue to insist to “FIX” this defective door which I absolutely refuse to accept. I'm taking my case to the Maryland Dept of Labor to find help. I insist on refunding my money so that I can get a functional door and get my money back. I am a disable senior and dealing with this situation has worsen my health considerably. Very poor customer care and serve. The inner blinds does go up or down and the key lock doesn't work. Poorly construct door. Do not buy.

Love Loews. They were there when I needed them. Years back, I appreciated that I got a call when I was fixing up my new home, and they told me about services offered I did not know about. Today, Loews still comes through with what I need. Friendly folks. And they answer the phone!!

I understand the importance of following policy and procedures but for $6 for an exchange because I didn’t have my receipt I had to pay for it again. The person I engaged with during my transaction and remembered me but still declined to accommodate me not having a receipt because there rules have changed. As an account holder and regular customer I felt disgusted that they had no compassion to my situation. I will still give one star because they weren’t rude and told me no nicely.

My worst experience ever. I was trying to purchase a mirror at the Bowie store but they were out, but in stock at the largo store, so I drove to largo. The mirror was not on the floor display but up on the shelving at the very top. I asked customer service to have somebody get it down, They said there is nobody in home decor until 10:00 a.m. so I left. I asked several other people before I left but got the same result, no service. It'll be my last time at Lowe's.

It's your standard Lowe's, but seemed very disorganized. Several main aisles were blocked with carts, stock, equipment, etc, that workers had just abandoned in the middle of the path. And workers were just standing around nearby, chatting. Workers were friendly and helpful, but come on, push your stock cart to the side before you take a water cooler break!

I was looking to add an exotic plant or different to the front of my house. Ms. Earlene who works at the gardener center, recommended this beautiful plant named "Yucca Gloriosa". She advised to get the "baby" version and stated that this plants grows tall and splendid. I purchased 2 of them. She gave me care tips and shared her love for plants for 23 years as an employee of Lowes. I am very happy with my purchase and it was a pleasure to meet this beautiful lady. I'm visiting again soon...
