“You cannot believe these negative comments about service, not plugging tires, etc. Sadly, some people have ridiculous demands. I have used Mr. Lionel to service all my cars for over 25 years. This shop’s work is outstanding!! They have successfully completed serious car problems sucks as brakes, AC, electrical, etc.as well as tire services. You will most likely get your car back the same day. They are clean and respect COVID safety!! I nor anyone I have referred to this shop has experienced disrespect. You have to give black owned businesses respect to get respect! I am a professional business woman and I know a lot about customer service. I have witnessed these guys treating people with kindness, while informative. This is the only shop that will service my vehicles, hands down!! They have serviced my Mercedes, BMWs and Honda. “Eagle Tire was fast and reasonably priced. I saw on the invoice they replaced the lug nuts manually. They have my business from now on. Changing a flat tire with a lug nut that's been cross threaded forced me to break off the whole thing,. because the last repair shop used a gun to replace the lug nuts. Thank you Eagle Tire.”

They provided great service without overcharging, and I appreciated that they only changed the fluids that were necessary not requested.

My F-Type was washed and returned in pristine condition, which was a nice touch! The service was prompt, and I was kept informed throughout the process. I especially appreciated that they didn’t start any work until I approved it after their recommendations.

“My starter went out on my truck and I normally take it the dealership for all my repairs. Every dealership were backlogged for a week. I remembered Padgett Shop, because they are in my area. I called and spoke with Tyler a very nice and person with great phone etiquettes. Long story short, I bought my starter at the dealership and Tyler installed it for me the next day. He checked me in and about an hour later, he called and said he was finished. It's been a few days now and I'm still a satisfied customer”

“My wife and I have been coming here for over 20 years for routine scheduled maintenace and repairs. Tommy has been our mechanic. He is thorough and he stands by his work. He will not sell you something that you don't need. He has a lot of experience, but he does not overcharge for it. If you have a vehicle with unreliable parts, ask him to replace the parts with something reliable. He has flexible vehicle drop off and pick up. You should call to make an appointment before going there.”

“I have never been to this location in Dunkirk before, but they were the first location that thoroughly checked everything they were actually meant to check- other locations won’t even check my tire pressure when I ask them to check it. “I gave this Jiffy Lube location 5 stars because of how well the Manager Mr. Johnson, handled a serious problem that occurred during my recent visit. By the time I got home after an oil change, my car was somehow almost completely out of oil. I called back to the shop and was able to speak to the Manager. Mr. Johnson immediately assured me that he would take care of the situation personally and he did just that.

He came straight to my driveway and checked out my car. He added oil to it and figured out where the leak originated. I requested a diagnostic to make sure no damage had occurred and he paid for a full diagnostic inspection with a complete report. Mr. Johnson also purchased the part that caused the oil leak and installed it at no cost to me and refunded the cost of my original oil change. Mr. Johnson was so pleasant and so thorough in his intent to resolve the issue, I felt complete confidence in that no matter what it took, he would resolve the problem to my satisfaction and that is exactly what he did.

It can be hard to find an honest, proficient and customer-focused auto repair business, but based on my experience, Mr. Johnson is one of the best!!”
