Went to Bay Area tires after coming through the Dunkin line and the prices were not a huge difference of other places but definitely more convenient. Scheduled an appt for the next day. Took my truck in the next day. Got tires, Alignment and warranty. I was in and out within an hr and a half.”

“I needed some suspension work done on my 2007 BMW X5 and my brother in-law who owned BMWs for many years recommended Einstein's. They did a great job, at a reasonable price, and were pretty fast. Communication was great as they were prompt with providing recommended service and status updates. I also appreciated that they were honest about services that were worth doing and those that were not worth doing (based on the age of the car). Finding a BMW repair shop that you can trust is very important because these cars become money pits the older they get. Having a shop that will look you in the eye and tell you that something is not worth the money is important for me. The guys that work there are really nice and knowledgeable. If you have an older BMW I would definitely recommend them!”

While the service cost is fair, albeit on the higher end of general estimates, the addition of diagnosis fees makes it a bit steep. I recognize the value of diagnosis, yet I believe there should be a discount if the repair is conducted at the same shop, considering it’s an essential part of the process. “The Lube Center on MD-3 is awesome! All the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. This was the best maintenance weekend I've probably ever had--with no appointments necessary. The experience was so great the first time around, I returned two more times that same day with my mom's AND my wife's cars! I loved how communicative my tech Jadin was during the entire process, how pleasant the cashier Taylor was, and how informative the manager Dakota was. The prices were reasonable and absolutely beats the experience at any dealership I've ever dealt with. I loved sitting in the car and watching YouTube while the maintenance was being done. The entire process only took about 20-25 minutes per vehicle. Oh, and I got a free car wash for every vehicle afterwards! “Make sure you read all the negative reviews about this guy before you trust your BMW with him. He writes too many fake positive reviews. He charged me $1500 for a leaky valve cover gasket a year ago. He never did it right and I took my car to the dealer and they said he put it on backwards and it's not even an OEM or even a BMW part. He claims to take pride in his work and if you disagree he will verbally assault you. Do not trust this guy.”
