I do wish there was a clearer explanation of clipper lengths (3, 5, 7), as my dog’s haircut turned out shorter than expected — still cute, just different! The groomer called during the session to confirm how to handle a small issue, which I really appreciated. I also love the one-pet check-in rule — it keeps things calm and safe. The price was a bit higher than quoted online but still reasonable. Overall, a good experience and I’ll definitely be bringing my pup back!”
“Great selection and good prices! This place has a Vetco Mobile Unit and offers really affordable vaccines. I paid about $200 for 2 total trips that covered all vaccines for our dog. They were very accommodating as we have a reactive dog. The dog food selection is top notch! They also have a few of the harder to find animals like cockatiels. It's worth the trip from DC”
“You have to get groceries before Saturday afternoon... Saturdays after 10 is congested and checking out takes a long time. By Sunday - Monday the shelves are nearly empty for basic food items.
The earlier in the morning you go, the more pleasant the shopping experience is”
“My shepherd had severe hot spots and skin irritation from normal pedigree dog food ya get at the grocery store. I was at this Tractor Supply in Lothian, and noticed the large selection of animal food that I had no idea was there. Their sales associate, Kevin Steinbauer saw I looked puzzled and asked to be of help. I explained my dog's skin issues and Kevin immediately knew he has seen this many times, while suggesting i try 4 Health brand they carry. After several weeks of this food, the bag is empty, my dog's skin has cleared up and I now need to head back to Tractor Supply for another.... Great service from knowledgeable employees makes for a great shopping experience.”
“Went here for grooming and when I tell you these ladies were working hard I mean they each had a dog they were working on and allowed me to bring my two in for grooming! They also got to e best haircuts they have ever got! Love love love this petsmart!”

“I called and spoke with Delano and told him my situation to rehome our pet Guinea Pig. He was very pleasant and friendly. His customer service is excellent! My husband and daughter brought in our Guinea Pig. My daughter was very emotional about giving up our family pet. He assured her Fuzzy would be given to a family with love .
