I’m not happy!!!! I paid movers to move me in and the elevator was broken. They didn’t have a care in the world about my concern. I lost $650 because I am on the 3rd floor and the movers were not taking heavy furniture up 3 flights of steps. The movers waited until noon to get me moved but they had another job. All of my furniture was in the truck and they had to unload everything. I still have not gotten a call from management or a resolution to me losing $650. I do not recommend this place. The communication is not top tier. I’m pissed!!!!

They have a 10 $ convenience fee to pay online or on the phone—didn’t bother to notify anyone about said changes so now you have to physically go there to pay without it. Wasn’t like that when I started renting my unit…but I’m definitely thinking of going elsewhere.

Giuliana helped me over the phone with explaining the whole process, prices, discounts, Etc. She did an amazing job at helping me understand everything and was extremely patient and professional. She had a wonderful attitude and amazing customer service!! After I signed the lease I also received an additional phone call from the office just to make sure I didn't have any questions. Great service

I just started renting from the Queens Court location in Maryland. Mr. Cornelius provided great customer service. He provided a tour of the facility and took great patience in discussing the rules/guidelines of this facility. He made sure the unit I was renting was clean by sweeping the area before I moved-in. Great customer service. Thank you.

Customer service is outstanding. Scottie was very helpful with explaining the units, gate access and operation hours. The facility is very clean and well lit. More importantly, the facility is safe to access with the coded entry/exit gates and security cameras. Thanks again Scottie.

I can’t remember the gentleman that helped me in the front office but he was super helpful and kind. I didn’t have time to make a reservation online but I did call and tell him I was in route. He was expecting me as I pulled up. I was in a rush but he insisted on walking me to see the unit before I paid. I could appreciate that! He showed me the unit/facility and even took my movers upstairs to direct them to the unit. While they were moving my belongings we went back to the office to do the paperwork which took about 7-10min. Clean facility! I felt very comfortable leaving my belongings there.
