“My experience was great’ Daniel and Ama, they literally went above and beyond for me. It was Saturday night the night before the snow storm they closed at 4pm, I literally arrived at 6:34pm and knocked on their locked door seen the gates down but I still had hope. Daniel came to the door and I explained to him that I had a package pick up he kindly asked me for my ID Knowing that they closed 2 hours ago he still went out his way to find my package I stood at the door he let me in once he found my package and let me sign for it. I truly appreciate it because I really needed it and especially before that snow storm hit. They did an awesome job this was the true epitome of excellent customer service because they didn’t have to let me in or retrieve my package. They were very polite, kind and friendly! Thank you Daniel and Ama I truly appreciate you guys.”

“I moved my box here after getting TERRIBLE delivery service at the Huntingtown Post Office. I get quite a few packages here and it has been so awesome! The staff is super friendly and polite. They communicate great and always let me know super quick when a parcel has arrived. They went out of their way to help with an Amazon issue, which was also greatly appreciated. I am so glad I moved my PO Box!”
“This UPS store always provides great customer service. Had a recent experience with the United States Postal Service, in which they wanted me to purchase tape to affix my return label to my package. I had to drive to the UPS store to return an Amazon package. I asked the customer service representative if they could give me clear tape so that I can tape my United States Postal Service label to my other package. Instead they put my label in a clear sleeve AND affixed it to my pack for me to take to the United States Postal Service. I really appreciate this level of curiosity service and I hope the USPS can learn something from them.

“I only come in here to mass print for my job. Every time I go in Niecey in the printing departmentis always working hard trying to meet the demands of clients asking questions and taking care of other tasks. All while helping clients in the self service section. She helped me to refill my printer all while tending to customers. She is true multi tasker all while maintaining great customer service! She even helped me with putting my prints in a box so they wouldn't fly away (it was windy that day!). I'll keep coming back as long as she works that section. She does a great job and it reflects great for Staples.”

“My clinic ran out of toner and next day delivery was not an option. Luckily I was able to place my order at 11 pm for toner and received an email at 8:14 stating my order was ready for pick up! 14 minutes after the store opened! The staff at the store was very friendly and very professional. I was very impressed with this store! Wonderful experience! Great customer service and coordination. 10 stars!”
