terrible customer service i went to process my daughter passport and they said no walk-ins and the website said they do walk-ins, waste my time and the front desk lady very nasty, im not going never again

Absolutely ridiculous, obnoxious lady doing passport services. If you don’t like your job, leave and stay home! Will never ever step foot inside this location . Such a pissoff

I’m in line at the Post Office with 9 other people. They’re supposed to open at 9:00 am. It’s 9:08 am and they haven’t opened yet. This is one place where I expect punctuality.
