I have been going to this Pharmacy for a little over five years now at this time. I would like to say that they have always been the Best Pharmacy I have ever been to. They genuinely care about me!
Today when I went through the drive-through, I was taken care of by a very nice young lady named (Sam) Samantha, she was extremely helpful and caring! She knew exactly what she was doing and had my prescriptions ready for me on a timely manner! The wait in line was very short. I appreciate everything that they do for their patients! They ALL deserve more than a 5 star review!!! ♥️

Pharmacist JULIUS is a total JERK!!! He is going to be reported to the board of pharmacists today!! You are NOT a DOCTOR Mr.Anderson, simply a pharmacist and you overstepped your boundaries!!!! You will be reported!! This is the 2nd chance I gave this awful pharmacy and THE ABSOLUTE LAST!!! You can not tell me I have to fill a rx that was sent BY MISTAKE to help your business??? ARE YOU CRAZY??? Never again... TAKE your business elsewhere people trust me!! I work in heathcare DONT GO TO CVS PHARMACY!!!!!

Literally not a functioning pharmacy. They never have anything in stock so I always have to wait several days for a prescription. They also keep shortening their hours making it impossible to actually get your prescription when it does come in.
Today I waited a full half hour for the pharmacy to open (10-10:30) because the pharmacist didn't show up and the employees in the store had no recourse for those of us who were waiting. There was no backup plan for someone else to call.

I left the pharmacy thinking about how terrible we are treated over and over again. Today Amanda gave me our family’s medicine at the drive thru and she had a terrible attitude just rude seems to be a trend in this pharmacy on WORTHINGTON Urbana.We have a great community how did we end up with such a terrible pharmacy? I left a voicemail for the manager and will be calling the complaint line enough is enough.

Are they the best ever? No.
That said, I don't think they deserve a sub-3 star review. I've been going here for years, and while there have been annoyances and inconveniences, I always see the employees there busting their humps to make things happen.
Usually, they're kind, responsive, and remember you too (whether at the pharmacy or in the store area). That's why they deserve a middling-to-okay rating, but im giving them the extra star because in my experience they don't seem to deserve such a bad review.
In all seriousness, though? It makes rational sense not to choose a pharmacy that's middling-to-okay if you have urgently serious needs for your meds, but if you need over the counter, retail stuff and one or two prescriptions, at least from my point of view they've done their job well.

and the service at the pharmacy is deplorable, I arrived on a Sunday at 1:31 pm to get my pain medication, and they told me to come back at 2 pm because they stopped for lunch, the attendants who deliver the medication are very ignorant, and they left me in pain waiting 40 minutes , which is ridiculous given the circumstances

The pharmacy is the worst and don't even try to call in with a question about a prescription. Even after going through their automated system, you will still not be able to talk to someone. It would be nice to have a Walgreens close by, much better service.

Bravo, this CVS is the cleanest, most helpful store compared to others....everything is easy to find if you're in a hurry, check out is quick & oh man, the staff here are great!! Kudos ? ? to this store....I stop in whenever I'm visiting my grandbabies!!

I went to the Urbana MD CVS for cold medicine for my daughter. I left CVS with items I never knew I wanted or needed due to the amazing employee that was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable about beauty items....I spent $105 on ME which never happens!!
I wish I had her name. She had short black spiked hair, makeup was done perfectly and she knew the merchandise very well. She is amazing CVS!!!

Wouldn't sell life saving medicine for my dog because they were closing soon but still open. We were there 20 minutes ahead of time. Highly unprofessional and unethical.

This store refused to help us on a phone call to switch insurance info to fill prescription because it would take ten minutes of their time. Greaaaaat customer service CVS. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
