“Our car broke down in Vienna on the way back from vacation due to an overheating engine, leaving us stranded. Dwayne came on very short notice to tow us to the shop, despite it being a Sunday evening. We were quoted a very fair price for all of the work and Dwayne was VERY communicative and forthcoming throughout the entire process. Unfortunately the car was not able to be repaired due to the nature of the engine damage, but Dwayne still only charged partially for labor & tow. We highly recommend this shop!! An absolute gem of a man & a mechanic worth his weight in gold. Thank you Dwayne!!”
