Then, Banker (who did not know her name) communicated with each other and helped each other very systematically, asking if she could help other employees because she was helping other customers.
The last person who helped me with my business was Stella King, who was really good, professional and organized.

“Today I had to transfer money to my elderly grandmother who has been having a lot of trouble walking this week, so I had to assist her with walking into the building. There was a short line which I explained to the guy at the front that I had to transfer money directly to her account, and he asked if she needed to sit I said, yes please, if there is a chair I can let her sit while I wait in line, that would be great! I had no problem waiting and then assisting her with standing at the counter if i had to. The sweet guy at the front ended up asking around to the employees who are seated at a desk if they could help us so my grandma could sit while we did the transaction. He found a sweet lady to help us, and she was great. Very helpful, explained the process to my grandma and myself, and of course my grandmother was able to sit comfortable instead of standing assisted. KUDOS to these employees who have great morals and care about the elderly community. I wish I would have asked for their names, I feel so bad I cant thank them and shout them out by name. But keep up the good work nacy federal! Will definitely be using this branch location from now on”
