Wow, what an amazing experience at the Tremendous Dicks store! Our rep, George, was absolutely incredible—his professionalism, knowledge, and patience truly stood out while we browsed through all 8 pairs of football cleats. My son and I couldn't stop smiling; we left feeling genuinely thrilled with our find! Huge shoutout to George—thank you for making our day so special!

Hello, my name is Jace Hammond. I’ve experienced a very bad interaction with an employee at Dicks Sporting Goods in waldorf md. My experience was horrible because as i walked in, me and my cousins decided to take a good shot in throwing one of the footballs to test it out, and a guy named “Manuel” walked up to us, completely barading us. Yelling at my teenage cousins and beings completely disrespectful. This Sporting Goods centers lacks good customer service and I am completely shocked the way he had spoken to us.

I bought a bike online and had it shipped to my house. Per the instructions, I brought the bike inside of the unopened box to dicks in Waldorf so they could build it. I was greeted by the actual associate who does the assembling Cole and the store assistant manager Daniel. Cole was very welcoming and gave amazing customer service but Daniel was not as nice. He asked for my receipt which made no sense because why would I bring a different bike to their store for assembly if not from this company but fine. Showed it to Cole and was taken care of. Daniel informed me that there’s sometimes broken prices and if there is I will get a refund which I knew already having just purchased the bike. Daniel made me uncomfortable in the short amount of time interacting with him. Cole was great thank you for being genuine and extremely kind and helpful.

3 days before Christmas I went into Dick‘s looking for some last-minute holiday gifts and it was extremely busy as expected. But the customer service was great and still had a loy of options. The cashier Dante was very patient and very kind and sweet. Good customer service is rare nowadays and should always be celebrated.”

You can barely find what you need then when you ask an associate they point you in an area and you asked where exactly and they still don't show you or say they will see if they can find someone to help you.... when you just trying to find a father days gift you see they have 24 in stocks but you do not really know what it looks like in packaging
I don't know if it's Gen Z or just customer in general ...they just want to be on their phones and do not care that you see them on it
If you know exactly what you are looking for and where it is then you can find what you need if not you are soooo lost and on your own

This DICK’S Sporting Goods had plenty of items on sale. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly. The parking lot needs some parking space lines for vehicles to park safely.

Joe in the hunting department was very rude and unprofessional. I waited 20 minutes to be seen. Once it was my turn, Joe was very impatient. He had no concern about me waiting as long as I did already. There was nobody else to help me in the fishing department , and it was a very bad experience seeing that I waited for 20 minutes and still receive horrible customer assistance. The only good experience about yesterday at Dick’s Sporting Goods was a gentleman name Raschad who didn’t work at the store, but overheard the conversation came to me and help me pick out the right fishing rod the right fishing reel the line and etc. but he did not work there. This is very unfortunate and I don’t like this about this establishment. Never again.

Unfortunately, the store did not have the size I was looking for in particular pairs of cleats. But none the less, Raphael was very polite and helped me find something. Appreciate, the customer service.
