As noted by many reviewers, I too ordered a pricey 'bundle' gift for Valentine's Day and only the strawberries were delivered. I happened to be at the residence when they were delivered and stopped the delivery person to confirm that nothing else was sent for delivery. No call from this store prior to or after delivery and when I finally contacted them about the extremely disappointing order, they stated they'd been out of stock of the other stuff and asked if I wanted a credit, of which they offered at half the price of what it would cost me to purchase the remaining bundled items. So $80 for a dozen covered strawberries was ridiculous. I also asked why I wasn't notified that they were out of stock of the items so I could've decided whether I still wanted the order and they stated they were too busy with other customers. I bet that won't be the case for long - never again!

I placed an order the balloons and cupcakes were not delivered and it was delivered a day late. Call spoke with locations first time I explain the issue, she hung the phone up. I called back and was told they were out of birthday balloons with no excuse for the cupcakes. Offer a refund within 72 hours for balloon and cupcakes for $25. I paid $135 for a mini arrangement that is on website for $64 plus delivery fee of $50. That's insane, of course by no surprise they hung up the phone again. Lesson learned don't use Waldorf store very poor customer service!

never have more same pick up orders or next day pick up orders. never have enough fruit. it’s not that many people in Waldorf for y’all to be acting like that. get a grip.

I never like leaving a bad review, as I always enjoy leaving good reviews for companies. Mistakes can happen and that is understandable, but for Valentine's Day my wife and daughter's delivery only included the edible arrangements and the flowers, cards and balloons I ordered never was delivered with them. I called back today to tell the Waldorf store since I knew they wouldn't be as busy today and they said they would do a refund for only the items that weren't delivered, but they never even apologized or told me how they wanted to retain me as a future customer. Needless to say I will not use them in the future and do not recommend this store for customer satisfaction. It also didn't surprise me to see so many negative reviews once I looked it up.

Had a scheduled delivery on a specific day and it was not delivered. No call explaining why. I called and was told I would get a call back. Got nothing. Next day I call 2x and get disconnected. No call back. I call the call center and they told me the driver got into an accident and they can deliver it today. No apology, no call letting me know that. What is the point in scheduling a delivery if it can’t be completed in that day? Or at least if it couldn’t, let the customer know! They said they could deliver it today, we’ll see. Overall a really bad experience my first time with edible arrangements.

PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I PLACE A ORDER FOR VALENTINES DAY , I MADE SEVERAL CALLLS NO ANSWERS SO WENT THE LOCATION BECAUSE ON THEIR WEBSITE IT SAID THEY WERE OPEN UNTIL 8PM FOR VALENTINES DAY I GET THERE AT 730PM AND THEY WERE CLOSE. THREE DAYS LATER I SHOW UP ON A SATURDAY BECAUSE IT SAID ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY OPEN AT 9AM, THE EMPLOYEE DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL 930AM She was very unprofessional and did not understand my frustration at ALL I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND! No Star from Me

Too bad i had to give this business a star. As the recipients of a arrangement from this location, the item came infused with cigarette smoke and all the fruit looked old and the arrangement was disarrayed. I tried calling for over 40 minutes with no response. Stay clear away from this store. It's unfortunate, because I love supporting small business in our county, but this one is not worth even a penny.

Be very careful placing an order same day! I was told the order would go out at 11:00am at the location I needed delivery. I called the recipient to see if it had need delivered and they said no! I call the store and nothing had gone out. I arranged for the recipient to pick it up and informed the store. When I asked to have a refund of the delivery fee they would have to cancel the whole order and then recharge me. Not having it so thanks for nothing. To get the delivery fee back they couldn’t do it until the next day. I said I’ll choke it down and absorb the cost. Then the girl hung up on me, granted I was not pleasant. DON’T SAY DELIVERY STARTS BY 11:00 GOING OUT TO THAT AREA AND NOT BE ABLE TO HOLD UP YOUR PART. VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTING..

Francis and Cowanda went above and beyond with their customer service. They were friendly, polite, and kind. I called from St. Petersburg, Florida and they help me pick out the prefect Father's Day treat! I will be ordering again from them soon!

I truly wish I could give negative stars. I placed an order for delivery at 12pm today. I received a call not long after from the store informing me that they will not be delivering because they don’t have any other orders for the area. I arranged pick up. I live an hour and a half away but wanted to gift it to someone for their birthday. I got in my car and as I was driving I called to confirm the order would be ready upon my arrival. They told me it would be ready at 3:30. I arrived at the store and was told it would be 10 more minutes. The employee went to the back of the store and no one returned for ANOTHER 30 minutes. It was 4pm and they gave me the edible arrangement and said they were blowing up the balloons. I’m convinced they didn’t begin preparing my order until I arrived.. even though I called and confirmed and drove an hour and a half! They STILL CHARGED ME THE DELIVERY FEE and I was sent an email that “delivery was successful” asking for a tip… I felt I should have received an apology or explanation as to why it wasn’t ready. The lack of customer service in this establishment is purely disgusting. I will never ever deal with this store again.

First off we only received part of our order. Second when we opened the boxes they weren't even correct. I order boxes of regular chocolate covered strawberries. I did not order white chocolate strawberries or strawberries with sprinkles on them. I called twice today and left messages with no return call. I have now put a message in through the online customer service. The strawberries we received half of them were also bad. This service is absolutely unacceptable. They want to charge $60 for 12 chocolate covered strawberries and can't even get the orders correct or give you good fruit.

I ordered an Edible Arrangement for my wife for Mother's Day, on Monday, May 8th, online and my credit card was promptly charged. It was to be delivered today Saturday, May 13th. It was not, despite the email that I received. So, either the driver stole my wife's arrangement or was incompetent in his/her delivery job. Tried to call the place and had to leave a message. It is now 7 pm, their closing time with NO call back. Edible has lost my business forever.PS: In the delivery confirmation email, they had the audacity to ask for a tip for the driver!

If I could give a negative rating, Edible Arrangements, both their Waldorf, MD franchise and corporate HQ would both be recipients. Do yourself a favor don't patronize this company.On Monday May 8th, I placed an online order for a Mother's Day arrangement for my wife, to be delivered on Saturday, May 13th. They promptly charged my credit card. I received an email at 11:57 am stating it had been delivered. It had not. So either the driver stole the arrangement or delivered it to the wrong address (I confirmed my address in the order, so it is on them). I placed 2 calls to the store and had to leave a voice mail message and have NOT received a call back. I sent an email to corporate got the standard response. I called their hotline and was hung up on twice.Edible Arrangements is not a company to do business with, especially their Waldorf location.
