“I am very grateful to Howard for helping me navigate a tricky return process for an online order. The general Mattress Firm hotline and online chat bot were not helpful and kept sending in a loop (there isn’t a designated representative to field online orders).
Luckily, I was able to connect with Howard (at the local store) over the phone. He was very empathetic to my frustration and was committed to helping me find a resolution. Howard kept me informed, clearly explained each step of process, and worked with me to eventually get my return done.
He also graciously walked me through alternative options in-store, taking my mattress preferences, sleep position, and budget into account. We were able to process the return, exchange it for a different mattress I tried in-store, and schedule the pickup / delivery all in one swoop! I definitely recommend visiting this location and working with Howard for all your sleep needs.”

“Derrick was super friendly and, having spent several years of my life hanging out at mattress stores, very knowledgeable. He gave us ideas for what might work for my partner and me, but he was never pushy *and* he listened to my feedback and respected what I said that I needed out of a mattress. He found a way to make the sale work for us, and I'm incredibly grateful that he did. I'm excited to get my mattress next week (I could've gotten it delivered Tuesday, the length of time was my choice), but I'm particularly grateful to Derrick for making what was an investigative trip (that I expected to disappoint me) into better sleep and less pain. “We had a very good experience at the Sleep Number store in Waldorf, Maryland. Our sales associate, Anselm, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product. He took his time and explained each system to us and allowed us an amount of time to test each one. He made sure we had all the available discounts and we were able to select a bed we think will meet our needs. I would definitely recommend this store.”
