It’s incredibly convenient to have so many options under one roof, and I’ve always found their staff to be helpful when I’m looking for something specific. While it can be a bit more expensive than some other retailers, the ease of getting everything in one trip usually makes it worth it for me.”
“Came with my wife and daughter who have never had a pet cat and spent time in the cat room interacting with all the cats for over an hour. Staff was great. Wad a great way to interact with the animals for a while and see how they would be with the girls before we make a decision to bring one home. Great for socializing the animals too prior to them going to their forever home.”

“The owner offered advice on what food I should choose for my Cavi and my oh my... What a difference a quality food makes. He no longer eats grass and has frequent solid bowel movements. He took to this change of food well and I greatly appreciate the advice the owner gave me. My only negative I would give is the smell of the shop- gawd awful. But I deal with it because clearly the ppl there are knowledgeable”
