“Had a great experience! Dion was awesome. I was trying to get a passport for my 17 yr old son and was met with a rude and entitled USPS customer service agent a few mile(s) away. Needed to make copies and the town nearby was very rural with no copying service in sight. I traveled down to the USPS located at Charlotte Hall and was met with compassion and the utmost professionalism from DIon. 30 seconds to make a copy. Yesterday, my daughter and I went to the Ft Washington Post Office for passport renewal services. Victor was so professional, kind, efficient, and knew exactly what he was doing.
The Department of State sent us a letter that her passport renewal application was received, but we completed the incorrect form and provided us with the correct form and instructions for next steps.
Victor greeted us warmly. We had our part completed and Victor immediately knew what to do. What a breath of fresh air. I believe we were in and out within 7 minutes. I told Victor that he was a God-send. I was sharing this experience with a friend and she also commented that she has been serviced by Victor multiple times and the experience has always been phenomenal

“Looking at the reviews, it seems like the only reason anyone comments is out of frustration. And I understand their frustration because i've been coming to this post office for thirteen years now. However, I would say that in the last 8 to 9 months. The culture here has shifted greatly towards customer service and satisfaction. The employees they have now really do seem to care.
