“Went in an hour prior to closing, and it got busy really fast after I arrived. Though they were busy, the printing staff, Ty, was polite, calm, and VERY helpful during the rush. He worked diligently while multitasking. Despite the low rating, I enjoyed my experience at this Staples. Dont expect to get in and get out unless you order before 12p. You can get your order the same day.”

“The staff was friendly. As a company though, you should really improve your technology. The scanner wouldn't scan the label barcode on box to give us a receipt...you should have something to allow associate to manually type barcode numbers into computer to provide receipt.”
