“I was not home to sign for a package and tried to reroute it to my nearest FedEx location for pick up. I was told by customer service that it wouldn't be taken there until the next day. Normally that would be fine but I was going out of town the next day and the package was something I needed to take with me, so they told me if I was willing to drive to Alexandria to pick it up that someone can get it to me there if I arrived before 8p. We arrived at 7:20 (after a 40 minute drive) and the sign on the door said they closed at 6. Luckily there were some phone numbers on the window. John, the Senior Manager for this location, was the most kind and helpful person. He was able to get one of his employees, Marcellus, to come back and retrieve my package for me after hours. In a day and age where it's really easy to say no to a stranger, I'm extremely grateful for people like John and Marcellus for helping me out when they really didn't need to. Thank you to this FedEx for the best customer service I've received in awhile!”

“After a terrible experience at FedEx in Ft. Washington I drove to this location. No wait and was properly greeted by the nice girl at the counter. I asked if she had a small piece of tape to additionally seal my package. She then took it, scanned it, and proceeded to seal it properly. Before I even asked she printed a receipt. The other location wouldn't do that. This place was great and I highly recommend it.”
