When the window tellers are Dunkin’ their tea bag looked at me and walked away, another teller staring intently into her computer looks at me and can’t even say someone will be with you then the icing on the cake …won’t bother putting my money in an envelope even after I asked for the envelope. WOW! So much for any customer service. I will now take my money to another bank.

I'm a business owner . I accidentally discovered that my bank account overcounted me by $55.36. I felt very strange. Then I went to the bank and was told that it was because I wanted to change change. Before that, the Branch had never informed me that there was a charge for changing coins or change. I need to be charged $0.20 per roll. Even per roll penny is only $0.50. Isn't this ridiculous? What's even more ridiculous is that they told me that if I have a personal account to change change, there will be no charge. How much change do I usually need in my personal account? There is a fee for changing change from a business account, but not for individuals. This is the funniest joke I've heard this year

I'm not fond of the changes to the phone number for checking my balance since the place changed from BB&T and I'm not bond of having to figure out where the bank is now because it's no longer where I was used to going, but I never really had a problem with their ATMs except once I didn't realize I didn't get my card back and I had to run back across town to grab it

If I could, put zero stars, I would. This is a horrible bank, and I am thinking seriously about closing all my accounts. One problem… My husband and I are joint on an account, he wants his name off the account and the bank won’t let us remove his name. We went in together. He was going to sign the paperwork and they said noSecond problem another account was in my mom‘s name, my name and my husbands name… Somehow my mom‘s name got dropped when Truist took over and we want to add her name back as primary and we cannot do that without closing the account and re-opening another account. I have never had such horrific problems with the bank since Truett took over. If you were thinking about opening an account at Truist don’t do it.

This was a bad bank when they were sun trust and that’s why I got rid of them ten years ago but they merged with BB&T which wasn’t good Truist is one of the worst banks in the country and their customer service are idiots as soon as I get another bank I will no longer do business with them

Closing out account to open an estate account. Krista is totally useless, left messages two different times having problems after moms passing away and she never called back the second time the bank manager had her call me. Her excuse was they are busy. I would not use this bank on Rt 5 because they don’t care. The woman by the name of Precious was finally a big help to me. Find another bank

Truist, the old BBT has lost every once of its prior customer service. Now, after closing TWO convenient locations we are forced to the ONLY branch in town which is a headache to get in & out. And don't count on both drive thru ATMs to work. One is only operational. The nice, friendly customer service- totally gone.

Went to the truest Bank in leonardtown and Waldorf MarylandI went through the drive-thru and the teller was nice and efficient. They actually have camera screens where you can video chat the teller it was like she was right there it was nice convenient and a bit more personal. So far so good at this truest Bank in Waldorf Maryland

Some of the ladies here are nice and helpful, while others are rude and very unhelpful. I had to go to "my" truist to get help and problems with my account solved, they need to take notes from the Dunkirk location, now that team of ladies ROCK!

Terrible service one young lady took over 40 minutes to do one transaction the only other clerk for a lunch time rush and rush hour took just about as long. Smh on top of that this location has done this multiple time thru the rush hour period.....If possible avoid banking with sun trust as literally banking with them is worse than the actual service!!!!!!
