Tommy's Express® Car Wash is highly praised for its friendly and professional staff. Customers appreciate that they can take their time to vacuum their vehicles and do a thorough job, which is better than other places that do sloppy vacuuming. The affordable monthly membership allows frequent visits, often 2-3 times a week, making it a convenient choice. Staff members like Harmony stand out for their kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile, such as explaining promotions or helping with app issues. The location offers a quick, clean wash with mat cleaning and occasionally provides free car fresheners. Customers often mention the friendly atmosphere, great service, and the staff’s efforts to make both adults and children feel comfortable, even during special events like Halloween nights. Overall, Tommy’s Express® Car Wash is seen as a fast, friendly, and affordable place to keep vehicles clean.

These two young gentlemen offered great explanations on how to use the mat washers and guided me through it. They also kept the place spotless. This is the type of service we love to see in Waldorf!
