I walked into the UPS store approximately 2 minutes right before closing and I was treated with so much respect. I needed help and Dakarei took his time to assist me without rushing. I am forever grateful for his customer service and patience. Dakarei is definitely a great addition to the UPS Team!

David was absolutely amazing. I came in with three packages to go to two different locations needed a box tape and the whole nine! He was extremely patient and handled my every need! customer service is exceptional!!

We are so grateful David was kind, patient, and very helpful to us this morning. We brought in a family heirloom with unwieldy dimensions, needed extra help dissembling it, and he helped us to get the best shipping box and rate. We thank you guys so much for your above and beyond help! :)
