I always hate going into this store because I never get anything accomplished. I upgraded my phone from a pre-paid to a paid plan. This was the worst thing ever. I have a nice phone, even though both my husband and I are on verizon; he has a pre-paid plan. When I call I can't hear him but he can hear me. The plan is $100.00, and I wish I had stayed on the pre-paid plan. I asked them if they could exchange the phone, and they said I would have to pay 600 or 900 dollars to pay off the plan before they could give me another phone.The main reason I switched to the plan was because I thought I would have had better service with the plan. When you come to this location, it will always cost you. It you are spending a lot of money you get treated differently.

The owner of the store franchise or the manager of the store apparently cares nothing at all about customer services. Employees are most always a reflection of the individual who manages their efforts. Managers know when they have bad apples who might reflect poorly on them. A worthy manager will correct of dismiss employees who don't want to work, who are not welcoming to their the stores guest/customers. I have corporate account with Verizon and several services and phones. Today was the third consecutive time and I had the displeasure of entering that store and dealing with a very unwelcoming attituded for no reason. No one said hello. There were three men and no customers except me. It was shameful how obvious it was the the young man who did answer my question did not want to help. We all knows what it looks like when the person who is helping does not want to help at all. So now for the third time - I have been in Verizon and left with out a phone that completely works. I suggest that the franchise owner send in secret shoppers to record and verify the very poor service his/her employees are giving. How hard is it to be welcoming and helpful? I am writing this in hopes that the business owner sees this. I think It is more likely that the business owner hired a manager who does not care about the business then it is that the business owner does not care. Word to the wise periodically send in a secret shopper with the power to fire folk on the spot. All of the sudden you will have store that folk prefer to come too.

My personal experience was fine. What wasn't fine? The young man who didn't have the patience to help the older couple. They obviously had no idea how to scan a QR code or even where to find it. I took care of it, though.

Keenan, was excellent! He was the only employee in the store at the time and he assisted me with the highest level of customer service I have received in years. He was very patient and I am very satisfied with the service I received! Thank you for keenen!

Mercedes was incredibly patient and helpful when addressing my situation. Provided excellent service and additional recommendations before I left the store. If that’s the service I receive every time I arrive at the store, I’ll be a Verizon customer for life.

Took almost an hour to get helped with a simple drop off for a trade-in. Idk what was going on. First time in there. Definitely won’t be coming back. La Plata is much faster

The Staff is Excellent with their customer skills and expertise. I recently retired as a computer support, customer service technician, and can say with authority, this shop is stellar.We were at this Verizon twice. The first time comparing my wife's basic smartphone phone, to a more robust phone. (We are geocachers, so a longer battery life was our desire). Verizon was more then helpful, and honest, comparing the phone from an online resource which we provided, to what they had in their inventory.The second time at Verizon, we provided the purchased smartphone from an online resource, and the Verizon Staff, were happy and willing to assist with the data transfer, and SIM swap. As we awaited the data transfer to the new phone, multiple Verizon techs, came up to us pleasantly, chatty, offering any assistance they could provide.I rarely in my life, have seen this level of excellent customer support.

Verizon speaks so highly about customer service and this store is a sad excuse. Keysha and Lex weren’t helpful at all. I honestly wouldn’t have went here but didn’t have much of a choice since they’re like the only corporate store in the area. Luckily my family works for the higher ups and are able to get in contact with the district manager. I definitely won’t be returning and will take the extra time to drive elsewhere.

It was crowded by the time I arrived. Just needed to buy an accessory, which took about 20 minutes. Not bad service just crowded. I would suggest going here early in the morning.

Horrible experience today! Went from the mall location where I received excellent customer service shout out to TORY! To coming to this location after they and the on-the-phone rep directed me here to fix my issue! Now of course frustration arises in a customer being given the run around! Was met by a lazy! Unprofessional employee DOUG! Who had the audacity of cutting me off each chance I got to speak to even explain the issue I was having, to him yelling at me because he was being impatient and truly didn’t wanna help! Coming from a manager Doug! Today should’ve and would’ve been your last day as my employee! Completely unprofessional! If I came in yelling and screaming at you the attitude you gave me from the beginning to the end of our interaction would’ve warranted all of that but it didn’t! as a retail worker its your job to service your client because believe or not you are only in control of yourself and not anyone else! Too old to act like these teens and they have way more sense than you! I definitely will be avoiding this location at all cost and I’ve been with Verizon for years by far my worst experience!

By far the most ghetto unethical place ever!! Doug was seen yelling and getting buck with my sister. The attitude is so distasteful even other employees including the manager told him he was wrong yet still was on the floor. If you can’t do customer service maybe find a job that’s better even simpler for you to do! Get it tf together if you don’t your career is chopped before it could start. Obviously If you’re not coming to PURCHASE an electronic or accessory for it, you are more than likely looking for assistance to FIXING one. Like change your profession sir…

Company is full of lies they don’t tell you that you will get billed a month in advance for new customers, which is not written in the customer agreement, they also start you in the middle of the billing cycle for anyone thats not prepaid. Horrible company practice that requires employees to omit the truth about payments. If someone informed us of this it would not have been a problem. Save your money and your time and to elsewhere.
