My personal experience was fine. What wasn't fine? The young man who didn't have the patience to help the older couple. They obviously had no idea how to scan a QR code or even where to find it. I took care of it, though.

Keenan, was excellent! He was the only employee in the store at the time and he assisted me with the highest level of customer service I have received in years. He was very patient and I am very satisfied with the service I received! Thank you for keenen!

Mercedes was incredibly patient and helpful when addressing my situation. Provided excellent service and additional recommendations before I left the store. If that’s the service I receive every time I arrive at the store, I’ll be a Verizon customer for life.
