I received great customer service when my router was down. Staff name Porscha held one for me and made sure it was fuctional before i leaving the store.

Chris and Porsha are great representatives for the Verizon company. They assisted my spouse and I with their knowledge and expertise. I would recommend anyone if they are interested in being a Verizon customer, go see Chris or Porsha.
