Upon inquiring about renting space, the front desk associate Beverly answered all of my questions with courtesy, and helped me find what would work best. The best part is she did not try and upsell me, or get me to spend as much as possible. She simply made it her mission to see to it I got what I needed. The customer service here has been incredible. My unit is dry, and spacious! The staff here is incredible. Specifically Ms. Beverly. She has been more of a friendly neighbor in this process than a grounds keeper. I would absolutely recommend Self StorageOne, and if Beverly has not been made manager of this facility, she certainly deserves to.”

“Finding a mover that we felt was reputable and would be budget-friendly was very hard! Most people charge you by hour and there is no cap to that. So if your love takes longer than expected, the cost goes up and up. Well, Mosby does a flat fee which set our mind at ease! They also worked diligently ALL day to move us and took so much stress off of us. They disassemble and reassemble, wrap everything, and pack their truck better than we thought possible and keep a good attitude throughout.
