“This is a small office with only one staff working. She is the professional and friendly who always welcome customers and tries her best to serve. Sometimes she locks the door to get a coffee next door. Please be patient if that happens since she is the only one who hold the position. I wish her the best in this holiday season.”

“As a small business owner, I visit the post office frequently for my mailing and shipping needs. The employees here are so kind. There is a guy (i don't know his name)who is friendly and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions. Thanks to his help, I saved time and felt confident and informed about my shipment”

“Truly the best post office I think I've ever been to in my life!!Laura is the absolute sweetest and so helpful!! I completely trust this post office with my shipping needs and I will actually come out of my way to go to this post office instead of my own local post office because the customer service here is just outstanding!”

“The absolute most wonderful post office experience I've ever had! She's so incredibly kind and cheerful and I will now drive out of my way to come here instead of going to my local post office down the street.”

“Hands down best post office I’ve been to. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. Hats off to the the staff here.”

“I've been here several times and find it less crowded than other locations. The materials and hand sanitizer are on the counters and help is available if requested.”

“I am new to the area and have had 3 good experiences with the post office and staff there. I had several shipments of chicks delivered over the summer and they went out of their way to stay open a little extra so that I could pick them up after work.”

“The Catonsville Post Office is my local post office so I have used it frequently. This post office gets very busy and there is usually a long line to wait for counter service. They do have a drop bin now for prepaid packages so you don't have to wait in line any longer to just drop off prepaid packages. The ladies that work here are very nice. I have however had a mishap with one of the ladies where she insisted that she could stack up all of my prepaid packages on the scale all at once and weigh them together. You definitely can't do this - I ended up going back and forth with customer service due to this to get the charges corrected. All of the other ladies have been awesome. The parking lot here is very small and tight. Be prepared to park on the street and walk a little bit to avoid the nearby street parking spots that are metered.”

“The best thing ever happened in Clarksville, MD is the opening of this USPS!. The staffs are friendly, the location is convenient, the parking is ample & the place is so clean. Thank you for the service”

“So far so good. It's a busy location, but handled in stride, as long as you're tad-bit patient, it isn't too bad. At times there's need for coaxing and compromise. Best best, arrive outside peak rush hours and the place yours!”

“It's not easy working at the postal service, but the people at the Sykesville USPS do a great job. The managers there have been extremely helpful in tracking down packages when needed. Many thanks to all the workers at this location.”

“The employees are kind, professional, and they do a lot for customers. I think they might be understaffed/overworked really bad. This takes away from the quality of their work. They lose packages a lot, and it takes "months" and a lot of phone calls to track down the lost packages. To be honest, I feel bad for them because they are really polite and curteous, it's the "quality" of work that is poor, most likely due to understaffing. :-(”

“Contrary to the very rude customers writing vicious comments here about the food employees at the Enchanted Forest Post Office, I love the employees there! I live a mile away, and I have been a customer for at least twenty years. I have always found the employees to be polite, kind, friendly and professional. They work hard for the money. As David Byrne of Talking Heads sang in "Psycho Killer, Qu'est-ce que c'est?", I hate people when they're not polite!" As The Beatles sang, (I think it was on the Abbey Road album,) "... And in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make."”
