I understand that COVID really burned out the medical and pharmaceutical community, but the service at this pharmacy has gotten so much worse since 2020. I’ve been trying to sort out getting a medication filled for weeks and the customer service is practically non existent. My medication was a special order and was supposed to be in last Tuesday. On Friday it still hadn’t arrived. I was told they didn’t have tracking, didn’t know when it would arrive, and they didn’t have a number for the specialty pharmacy for me to contact for an ETA. When I came back today to pick up my medication that I was almost completely out of, the pharmacists seemed to have a real attitude. I honestly would not recommend coming here for any medications. It will could become a part-time job trying to get medication you very much need.

Went to this location 4/30/25 and I asked the ladies did they blow up balloons, I can tell they didn’t want to do it, so once I purchased the balloons I told the lady who started opening them that I would be right back, I went to pick up my food at wingstop right across the way, so when I came back the girl at the register handed me all of my opened merchandise to tell me they can’t do it and I have to do it myself… smh why not say that from the beginning, to ruin my child birthday balloons was astonishing, I definitely asked for a refund. Something’s can be handle better. I’m sure these people stated when they was hired how “properly they could handle situations like this” WRONG!

On Tuesday 4/28/25 around 530pm i went to the drive through pharmacy . I worked with a black female with pink braces and purple braids . She was very professional, i had Multiple questions and she was able to assist with each one and was patient as i weighed my options . Good customer service is hard to find and especially while sick i appreciated her professionalism.

They be shutting down the drive 🚗 tru on purpose, and be lazy 😴,talking about computer 🖥 is down, all the time well call 📞 the 1800 number and get it fixed.

The reviews aren't great for this location but everyone has their own experiences. My experience so far is using the pharmacy drive through has been great with no complications. Getting my prescription sent in, filled with accuracy and on time has been exceptional. The employee's doing their best to help the customer get their medication quickly and be on their way.
I have been happy using this location, whereas in the past using another known brand W. I had so much trouble getting my prescription sent in and even my primary doctor had issues with the brand location. Again this CVS has been a good experience for me but it does not mean it might be great for everyone.

Customers were very odd acting. Two different sets of three black people were together as if they all needed to be together while shopping for about 2 items. Weird to me and possibly should be monitored due to theft. They were odd.

The CVS health insurance/pharmacy system is just one of many designed to make money by avoiding honoring its commitments by providing medication prescribed by your doctor. Two examples1. Doctor prescribed my child medication, but I received no word about it being filled for over a week, so I called in"Oh, we thought we sent you a notification, but after the doctor spoke to us we did not place the order in the system because we cannot receive this medication""What does 'we cannot receive this medication' mean? Can't you just order it and give it to me?""Well, we can order it but we know that it won't come""Why can't it come? Who decides to look at the order and ignore it?""We don't know"Still not sure what that's about, but what a system where they can take an order from your doctor and then just decide not to order it because of some mysterious, unwritten rule that says the order will be ignored2. I received an unexpectedly high price for a medication. My insurance [CVS/Caremark, incidentally] has been on file for a while"Is that with or without insurance?""Looks like without""Oh, does my insurance not cover it?""No, it does cover it -- but the system didn't process it""How come the system didn't process it""Your CVS card has some rewards on it and the system uses those first and if it uses those it doesn't charge insurance since we can't use both""I'd like my insurance to be charged""OK, the only way I can figure out to do that is to disable all the rewards on your CVS card which I've done now"~~~~~~~Now, to be clear, nothing against the individual employees who work here or at CVS in general. But the CVS system, even if you have CVS drug insurance, is designed to throw up barriers of unwritten, opaque rules so that they don't have to pay what they owe. They hope you give up and they can make a profit -- and, often, that's all you can do. There's no actual way to make a complaint someone will listen to on the system, you just have to roll with it.At least here someone could possibly see the little frustrations CVS insurance/pharmacy is happy to throw at you every day

Interacting with the pharmacy is a Kafkaesque experience, as they refuse to offer assistance or answer questions and approach all interactions with active malice and hostility.
