“My corgi has epilepsy, very bad seizures. Dr. Roller was very hesitant to perform a dental cleaning on him because his seizures are so bad. We put it off for a long time until he got an access and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Roller finally agreed to do the dental cleaning for him. The staff was amazing and kept me updated throughout the process. He is now doing great and is out of pain thanks to Dr Roller and her staff. I am so grateful to them for helping my boy.”
“Dunkirk Animal Hospital ALWAYS comes in clutch. I live on the other end of the county but whenever all the other vets in the county are full, Dunkirk is always willing to fit me in. I have never been told they can’t see me there. Their staff is very friendly as well. Top notch service for sure! Thank you Dunkirk Animal Hospital!!”
“Highway Veterinary Hospital is stacked with a team dedicated to exceptional care.
The standout for me is the manager, Mandy, who leads with extraordinary empathy, deep integrity, and a genuine passion for animals. Her unwavering accountability and willingness to take immediate, meaningful action are what truly set her leadership apart.
Because she supports and empowers her team with that same compassion, her staff at Highway Veterinary Hospital is equipped to make quality decisions that deliver a seamless and friendly experience for both pets and owners.
That commitment to excellence is fully shared by Dr. Titus and Dr. Winters, whose thoroughness, clinical expertise, and precision bring complete peace of mind during every visit.
10/10 recommend!”
“My dog was diagnosed with cancer and everyone at Internal Medicine & Oncology has been wonderful. They're caring, understanding and patient with explaining things. I can't praise them enough!”
“The veterinarians and all of the staff are exceptional at this outstanding clinic.
Not only are they warm and caring and compassionate, but the veterinarians are very skilled in their knowledge, care and management of each pet.
This is the finest veterinary practice I have ever had the privilege of bringing my pets to for all their care.”
“We are new to the area and the practice and feel like lucky we found this place. The staff was not only kind and compassionate to my dog but also my two small kids who came to the visit. The dr took her time with my dog and ran only test she thinks were needed. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone in the area!”
“Exceptional and thorough care. I have seen Dr. Boothe for Ziggy in the past- thankyou! And most recently, I would like to thank Dr. Volker and Lexi for taking care of Topanga. I especially appreciated the follow up phone calls after Topanga’s procedures. Everything was top tier.”
“Top tier veterinary clinic. Great, k owledgable care, friendly, professional, and kind to both the animals and their pet parents. We go for dog and cat care but I think they may also do some large animal work. With a sick animal, the vets don't force a particular course of treatment but non-judgementally offer a range of options, leaving important pet health care decisions in your hands.”
“We have been coming here for 25 years now , I think. Over the years we have seen many Dr.s and staff. It has always been a pleasant experience. Our dog is quite the nervous one. Everyone is so patient and loving with her.”
“By far the best vet I have been to. Not only did they do amazing work with my golden retriever but when I needed to bring my older dog that hates the vet they worked with me to get him sedated and get all the work done he needed in one go. The only reason we stopped going was because I had to move for work and Dr. Hamilton and her staff are the only thing that I miss about the area.”

“Dr. Thomas is truly incredible. The entire team was so wonderful to work with....So naturally caring and attentive. We moved and miss Dr. Thomas and the entire VCA SA team dearly! Everyone made us feel so at ease as first time puppy parents who asked a lot of questions. Our dog loved going to the vet... even when he was sick. I think that says it all.”
“Mary at the front desk made it possible for me to bring in Jazz that same day, instead of waiting for a scheduled appointment the following week. His issues seemed to be getting worse, so I was very appreciative of her and all the staff.”
“Bay Country Veterinary Hospital is a fabulous vet! They really care about you and your animals and are very responsive and accommodating. We have been using them with our pets for over thirty years now, and we wouldn't have it any other way;)”
“I travel frequently for my job. I also have my Boston Terrier as my travel companion. Keeping her healthy and happy is a priority.
Finding the find people at Four Legs was a blessing. They are very kind and caring. They understood my initial trepidation as a new client. They took care of my concerns in addition to watching after my baby girl.
I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for their support and care. They are wonderful.”
“Medical staff for VETCO were organized and prepared. Familiarity with historical data was appreciated. Professional and informative with our pet’s treatment!”
“We are so grateful to Dr. Pelura, Tammy, and Megan for everything they did for our dog over the past several months. He had some complex health issues, and they were always responsive, patient, and thoughtful as we navigated his treatment. We always felt that he was in good hands.
Dr. Pelura was especially supportive throughout, personally texting to check on him and helping us navigate difficult decisions. When his condition worsened while we were out of state, he took the time to message with me on a Sunday morning and help me through an incredibly difficult decision from afar, which meant so much to me.
Thank you to this wonderful team for everything you did for our family. We truly appreciate you. 💙”
“Best equine veterinarians in and around Anne Arundel County. They really care about our animals! We have been using them for over 15 years! Thank you for providing the awesome service!”
“I will sorely miss Dr. Longo. I worked in a Veterinary hospital as a teenager and was involved in the medical treatment room and surgery suite. I went on to a career in people medicine. I known many Veterinarians and Dr. Longo made the greatest impression on me. Skilled, emphatic and no nonsense. This practice is superlative. Highly recommended.”
“Love the staff. They are very kind and prompt, knowledgable and caring. We’ve done the rounds with vets in the area and are happy with this team.
BUT, deep down you can tell it pains them to charge us so much.
The prices just keep rising and rising and don’t give me the tariffs and supply chain bull, it’s reads as simple greed. I understand inflation, but this price gouging started before the economy went into a free fall.
I got the insurance, thinking it would help, but that just led to Banfield calling my dog into the office every 2-4 weeks. As a human, I only go to the doctor every 6-12 months, and I’m 5x older than my animal.
It’s feeling like exploitation and preying on the love for my animal, to increase the company’s financial gain, not for the health of my companion.”
“They fit me in for an emergency visit and took WONDERFUL care of my little girl! She doesn’t like people yet they said she was purring the whole time. Dr. Rohan and her team were absolutely fantastic with my baby. I’m even planning to switch my other 3 pets to them. I would 10/10 recommend Bowie Banfield location.”
