She quickly identifies your limits and pushes you beyond them, giving you that extra motivational boost. Dani also does an amazing job building a personal connection with her clients, making every session feel encouraging and supportive. The gym is open 24/7, and the members are welcoming and easy to talk to, creating a friendly and motivating environment.”

“I have been participating in Becky's prenatal yoga series and she is so wonderful. As a pelvic floor therapist, I am particular about my pregnancy routines and everything she is doing is spot on to balance the body for a smooth pregnancy and birth! Besides knowledgeable, she is so welcoming and kind and her classes create an amazing community of moms/moms to be. The entire studio has been nothing but great and you can tell everyone who is there loves to be working or working out there.”
“I started using the pool to swim laps a couple days a week 5 months ago. The pool is divided into lap lanes at various times to allow for continuous swimming. Occasionally, when it is busy, you may have to share a lane with someone, which was a little awkward at first. The friendly lifeguards intercede and pair you up with someone, politely asking you if you may join them in their lane. They know the routines of the regular members and try to fit you in with someone who may be about to finish or swims at a pace similar to yours. Nice friendly atmosphere, clean and great staff. Pool area and locker rooms are clean in great condition.”
“I competed here yesterday for the first time and I loved it! The gym is very nice and the floor is pretty bouncy! As soon as I walked on the floor I was like, “oh my goodness I love this floor!”. The staff was professional and made sure everyone was safe. I highly recommend this gym!”

“I've belonged to a few gyms in the area and have been a guest at others. I finally tried the Westminster Family Fitness Center and after a year of membership would highly recommend them above the others. There are so many classes to choose from and the variety is outstanding. From the typical cycle, yoga and barre to niche classes like pound and mobility, there is something here for everyone. The instructors are caring and friendly. Not into classes? The fitness equipment is great, and they are constantly upgrading and modernizing. There is also pickleball and open gym times for shooting hoops.”
