All I can say is Christine and the grooming department did an amazing job with my two cats who have severe anxiety and she was able to de-mat them with them being Himalayans Highly recommended returning customer❤️❤️

Shelby the manager was sooo rude to us, we the customer was trying to get someone's attention for a while to get some goldfish. We started to try to figure it out for ourselves and she comes huffing over asking " what do you think your doing"! Then she goes on to explain how we should have gone up to the cashier (who is busy) and what did we want? Then she goes on and on again about what we should have done ! I did tell her she was being rude and we got it understood! We get the goldfish from the Shelby, go up to the cashier and I can hear her complaining and talking about us at the cashiers ! Now I'm calling corporate about this completely inappropriate manager. We are the customers Shelby!

Rachel refused to groom my puppy!!!! As she insinuated that his Vaccinations weren’t authentic however, she refused to call the veterinary office to verify that they were in fact, authentic. Rachel just refused to service us this morning. Rachel‘s customer service is absolutely horrible and should be reviewed. Do not visit this location for any of your services you will not be treated properly

I have gone here many times. Don’t know why but the staffer that works there I think her name is Danielle.Is very mean. She goes into very condescending mode when I show up to spend 300 dollars or more.I tip every one that grooms my dogs.20 dollars each.last visit same as last 3 times she was there. When she sees me she goes off. I owned a restaurant for 25 years and she has a horrible attitude.Doesn’t know how to speak to your customers.She will debate me.I have a 7 pound Pom that has a very thick undercoat and will not even listen that my Pom gets very hot.So I told her just cut her the way you want .(you know what is best and that still didn’t shut her up. She vented 10 more minutes until the other groomers tried to shut her up .After I left 2 of my 3 small dogs I was super upset . I should have taken my dogs and canceled the appointment’s I Will never go back again. I don’t complain much because I know how hard it is to run a business. I felt horrible because for the first time in my life I didn’t tip. Because of her.

I don't really shop at Pet Smart but I do bring my 4 year old AussieDoodle Layla in to see Rachel P for grooming. Rachel has a natural way that Layla responds to with lots of nose licks and that gives me peace of mind when I drop her off! Rachel always makes Layla look so dang cute and this time she even *handmade* (handmade, y'all!), a bow that will slip on to Layla's collar since the standard bows they have won't clip on to Layla's shorter haircuts. We will definitely be back again and again!

Staff is very friendly, really helpful. So they get 5 stars because they're awesome. However, these box stores need to get out of the Hermit Crab business. They were out of water. The crab I wanted turned out to be dead. I didn't even come in for a crab but I felt so bad for them I bought one to add to my little guys at home. Hermit crabs live for decades with proper care. Their humidity should be 80% but in the store it was 30%. They had about .5 inches of sand when they should have at least 6 inches of sand. Petsmart should be doing better than this. The staff must feel horrible when they die ?
