The store offers a full range of installation services and stocks almost everything for delivery within a day or so. The sales people are extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. They present multiple options, are patient, and help explain the differences in all the different sizes and options to pick the best fit and the right TV. Customers report being completely satisfied with their high quality, high value Samsung TVs, including QLED models, and enjoy the perfect picture. The store provides quick, next-day delivery and setup. While one delivery experience was problematic, with a delivery person described as arrogant and surly who left a mess, customers state they would definitely buy from The Big Screen Store again, recommending to just ask for another delivery team.
