“The truck we rented was not available on time because it was returned late and with a 1/3 tank of gas, but the store assistant helped by giving us a free moving accessory (hardwood dolly). It came in handy!!”

“I was seen promptly, the clerk was friendly and the equipment was newer and in excellent condition (backup camera was a big plus). The clerk also called me right after I dropped off the van to remind me of a few things I left back in the store, which I was able to get. Parking at a nearby lot was plentiful on a Sunday. I highly recommend this location for U-Haul needs.”
“We've been working with this Penske location for over five years and would not go anywhere else. The team, specifically Felipe, Dilmer, and Mike are the best. The entire staff is great--these are just the people we see the most often. These rentals are well maintained and pricing is fair.”

“Booked a full-size car on 11/6/2025, and that 2025 Hyundai Sonata drove so smooth that for a minute I thought I was still in my Lexus. One of the things I love most about renting from this location is the team. Even with the new guy, the customer service is top-notch — a big reason I keep coming back, and trust me, I rent often.
I highly recommend them. The reasonable prices are another reason I stay loyal. And finally, I really appreciate that they take pictures when the car is returned. I have proof, they have proof — the vehicle is documented as coming back with normal wear and tear. No more, no less.”

The staff inside were super helpful when I couldn't figure out the app and explained everything well, and Alvin (helped outside picking/dropping off) was friendly and fast both times I returned equipment so I could get back on my way. “I’d like to see the mobile check-in feature be more seamless, as it seems pointless to do everything online (including check-in), only to have to go into the store and complete and/or submit additional information.
That said, the gentleman working outside that helped me retrieve my vehicle on Friday. October 11th, was incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I’be forgotten his name by the time I remembered to write this post, but I wanted to make sure that he was acknowledged for his kindness and professionalism. Please keep him, and please pay this man well.”

“This Uhaul was the most efficiently run Uhaul I've been to. The line inside moved quickly, they found the online reservation I made an hour before and checked me in, and someone was right there to throw the trailer on. All told, this took 15 min. Then, when I brought it back, I backed in the trailer and someone was there to unhook and close out my order, maybe 10 min. Done.”
“They have everything I need. I’m packing my home of over 25 years. They have boxes of all sizes, mattress bags, clear tape in many configurations, tie down rope, bubble wrap and padding, green wrapping film, and lots more. They also have storage units, and they rent trucks and hitches. Truly a one-stop moving store. The staff is helpful, and I rarely have much wait. They had lots of trucks, and check out and check in was quick and simple. It is a blessing that they are right on the way to the house.”
“This location is an excellent location within the suburbs and quiet. Having another person working the UHaul counter would be helpful and faster. The location only had one worker working both the regular store cashier and the UHaul counter, which slowed check-in. He was nice but had to do everything himself, including stocking and getting stuff out for customers.”
“It's true what they say: you get what you pay for, however, it was nicer than expected. They allow 1-way rentals, and are much cheaper than any competition we saw. (4-days, flat price, no fee per mile). Truck cab very clean, truck box decently so. We had the F-350 chassis with a 16' box. Advertised as 6-10 mpg, we averaged 8.2 driving from Rockville to Indianapolis. *No cruise control*, and no lock for the back garage-type-door, but not a bad drive. Hope their business increases once this 'pandemic' goes away ...if it ever does.”

“Open very early. Clean and new vehicles. Very friendly professional and knowledgeable staff in my experience. Rented a van that very same day. Was able to drop the vehicle off after hours. Take note that there is a process through their app where you need to answer a few questions which will take about 15 minutes in order to properly drop the vehicle off after hours. We were more than happy with the Randolph road Rockville Maryland location. Thank you U-Haul!”

“I picked up the Elantra from NEXTCAR at 10915 Georgia Ave in Wheaton. The location in Wheaton has an excellent team. Dauda is very patient and thorough. Jose pays attention to details that make a difference. Nick makes sure everything is in proper order. I have worked with all of them over time. The Wheaton location is my preferred place to get a vehicle. Yeme Tebje is most gracious. The commitment of everyone on her team to excellent customer service is a direct reflection of her leadership skills. She and her crew set an example that I wish other businesses would follow and fully commit to. Jack Fitzgerald would be very well pleased with how the team represents his own brand. They are preparing to move to a new location. It may be a bit of an inconvenience, but I will patronize them at their White Flint location if the team is there. They are that good. See for yourself.
