“Update: absolutely no bad issues for last 2 years. Will change my given rate.I was passionate for too long. This place in completely unprofessional. No personal question to the current guy who was helping me this morning. Def not his fault. This is the nearest location to my place, so I choose it for renting trucks and vans. 8 of 10 times I Got in troubles with their vehicles. I was switching it in New York state because of brakes problems, I was reloading 26ft truck to another because of wheels trouble on the way to Pittsburgh, they we’re giving me truck with no plates for long distance move while having bunch of available vehicles. And I also reloaded it to another one. And this time none of the vans are available. They are (attention!) broken. Both of them. Of course nobody told me about that. They called 3-4 days before every time to confirm the reservation but don’t give a chance to warn about such a troubles. Yes I got 10ft for the replacement. But it doesn’t change anything at the moment. I just got lucky the had replacement. This is not a big deal at once, but you guys do it systematically to me or my company. Because yes, I rent your vehicles to do my business and that is not funny at all to get there in the morning with thoughts about what issue I will get head to head this time. “I've been coming here for a couple of years because I live in the city and I haven't had a car for a long time. I've rented various vehicles from this place including mid-size cars, to the smaller Toyota camrys of various years and colors, and even a cargo van. I needed the van last summer for when I was moving from o e apartment to another. I've never had any issue with the process of setting-up the reservation although I think the easiest way is to just call them. As for the vehicles themselves, the o es that I have rented are fairly late model cars. I think the van is from 2012. I actually noticed a new passenger van in their lot. My most recent rental was a pickup truck k. I had it for three days and it was a lot of fun. This place definitely has so e options and the cars are in decent shape and economical. I will keep coming here whenever the need arises, it's a no brainer!”

“Open very early. Clean and new vehicles. Very friendly professional and knowledgeable staff in my experience. Rented a van that very same day. Was able to drop the vehicle off after hours. Take note that there is a process through their app where you need to answer a few questions which will take about 15 minutes in order to properly drop the vehicle off after hours. We were more than happy with the Randolph road Rockville Maryland location. Thank you U-Haul!”

“Have had to rent a truck twice and a cargo van twice in the last 2 months. I reserve online and everything is ready when i come in to pick it up. Employees are quick to check you in and theyre also kind. The after-hours drop off is easy to do. There was one time they didnt have any furniture pads but that was refunded right on the spot, and another time when their power went out because there was a crazy storm that passed thru the area (downed trees and all) but they were calm and very helpful. I would 100% recommend this uhaul location.”

“It's true what they say: you get what you pay for, however, it was nicer than expected. They allow 1-way rentals, and are much cheaper than any competition we saw. (4-days, flat price, no fee per mile). Truck cab very clean, truck box decently so. We had the F-350 chassis with a 16' box. Advertised as 6-10 mpg, we averaged 8.2 driving from Rockville to Indianapolis. *No cruise control*, and no lock for the back garage-type-door, but not a bad drive. Hope their business increases once this 'pandemic' goes away ...if it ever does.”
