“I called Wheaton Midas (7/11/25) to see if I could get an estimate on my very loud exhaust system. A very nice man, Adam, told me to bring it in. They put it on a lift. He brought me to the car so they could show me the problems, some of which were very serious. They were able to fix the exhaust system and the other problems. I had to wait a few hours but I watched how Adam and the mechanics interacted with customers and other people. They were pleasant and friendly. They took the time to explain the repairs to each person. I was impressed and so grateful that Wheaton Midas took care of my car. It was such a relief. I highly recommend taking your car to this Midas! Thank you!

“A good place for Gas if you like the Sunoco Brand…!! There’s is also a Guatemalan food truck that is pretty good. My real happiness comes from the AWESOME Mechanics at this location. One of the mechanics has been there more than 40 years..!! When I was 16 I had a Pontiac 6000 STE. I took my car to many mechanics and it never got it’s electrical problem fixed. This mechanic at Sunoco gave me a fair price to change my Alternator and change my terminal cables to battery (spot worn discharging electricity to ground) which kept making my battery dead. Problem fixed on Pontiac!!… Now 30 years later, I moved back to my hometown of Wheaton, MD, These mechanics did a Mobil synthetic Oil change (8 Qts) and my Maryland State Inspection for $200 for my 2021 Chevrolet Suburban. I am SÚPER happy and proud to still see the same honest and fair Mechanics. The Rockville Chevrolet dealer Service department had quoted me $150 for Oil change and more $ if I wanted Mobil One Synthetic. Then the dealer quoted me $250 for the Maryland State Inspection. Let’s summarize: Rockville Chevrolet would have charged me like $450 total if I wanted Mobil One Synthetic and these AWESOME mechanics charged me $199… taxes included. You make your own opinion. Next case…, My mom had her Subaru serviced at a Mechanic that changed her Radiator. He touched brackets attached to the transmission and left screws not tighted and maybe loosened nuts not to be loosened. My mother didn’t know why her transmission started slipping. I kept checking the transmission Oil level and eventually added two quarts. I brought to these AWESOME mechanics. They showed me how some loose nut had made the transmission fluid leak slowly. They serviced my mom’s Subaru and now it is working like a new car. I’m telling you my mom is super happy and so am I…. I am Proud to tell you these stories and hopefully help you find here great and awesome mechanic service at a fair reasonable price. God bless..!”
