“Attended my grandson's soccer game... what I saw was more than soccer...I saw kids having a great time and coaches "dancing" on the field as they showed the kids the footwork needed to play the game...a captivating and loving display of dedication and skills!”
“I'm a member and have been since 2003. We're a community of Jewish-Christian couples, offering a Sunday school, weekly gathering and support. It's a great community, we've found a welcoming supportive space. We now meet at Charles E Smith JDS on East Jefferson in Rockville MD.”
“God is amazing. This church is the image of the Catholic Church as a universal church. I am Spanish and I went to Washington for my honeymoon and I was able to attend mass in this church and I felt at home. Glory to God!!”

“We were invited as visiting Rabbi and Rebbetzin and it was so enjoyable. We came with our big very active family and the community was so accommodating and gracious. What a hospitable and warm Shabbos we had. Everyone was so welcoming and eager to learn. The food was delicious, the meals felt like one big family eating together. Just an all around great experience.”

“Lovely clean church. It's very small and absolutely darling. The entrance is just gorgeous. A little hard to find parking but it's Google Map navigation, nothing to do with the church itself. I ended up doing a few circles until I found parking at the Church school.
I am not religious but had to go there for my best friend's mom's funeral. The priest was very young and seemed just a little disconnected and robatic when delivering his readings and prayers. He might have just come out of Seminary school. Everything comes with experience. Other than that he was fine.
Staff was very curteous and kind.”
“Great Korean Catholic church with wonderful Korean language program on Saturdays! There is weekly Sunday Mass in English at 10:30 in the small chapel, celebrated by Fr. John McNerney.”
“This place is literally amazing, prayers are good, giving in shul and put of shul options for people out of shul very accessible (they even made a strong permanent tent outside for that!). The Drashas from the Rabbi are incredible as well! Only downside to the place is the low amount of Kohanim and that's not even their fault, this place is an incredible religious center!”
“David Platts blue print for foster care ministries and his heart for the children/orphans and widows in our communities has spurred me on in ways I can’t describe. God has given your church a special mission in transforming our foster care system and our care for the elderly. He’s using y’all! I’ve learned about Jesus in the realest of ways through the lives your leadership and church live out every a day, even from miles away. Your blueprint for foster care ministries is a genius idea! Thankful for your obedience to the lord! Proud of what y’all do for the kingdom- keep shining! #HopeforOne”
“Always warm and welcoming parrish. Life slows down and one's soul finds peace among wise words and friendly faces. Joy and gratitude swells inside the heart.”
“Deceptive from the outside, you would drive right past it. Beautiful sanctuary. And freshly renovated meeting space with new bathrooms and an elevator downstairs. It's the little things.”
“MJBC is the place to be for me. Great music, great preaching, and wonderful friendly folks. I am a proud member since 1991 but starting going in 1988. Come and visit and be prepared to stay. See ya soon.”
“I was there for a funeral, very early. The security officer on duty was not very warm or inviting. He was grumpy, and not pleasant at all. After that, things went very nicely. The food! AWSOME!! Wanted to take some home, but my manners won't dare let me ask. Lovely visit. Yes I would recommend and I would return for a visit.”
“First integrated church in DC. Has a strong commitment to the welfare of the city and its citizens. Active Sunday School, music program, young adults group, and social action committee.”
“This is a beautiful church. It is very large with many different rooms to worship. I was very impressed with the beautiful service. The Pastor was warm and welcoming. It is a Catholic Church. There was an impressive singer who accompanied the service, she had a stunning voice. The worship areas were bright, lovely, and modern. I was there attending a funeral service. I normally don't review churches, but this one was special and if you are in the Olney area and are of the Catholic faith, I recommend you stop by and visit.”
