“I visited this shop on June 1st and when I walked in my first impression was boy this is gonna take too long. I see only one young lady working and many people ahead of me. But sometimes first impressions can be wrong. This young lady worked very efficiently and quickly, taking care of me while still helping four other parties in front of me. Oh and she was very pleasant too, you would not know she was the only one in the shop juggling all these customers and taking calls too! She did a great job and I wanted mgmt to know about it.
