They have provided us multiple machines at 4 different companies for the past 25 years, from DC to Balto and their service, prices and professionalism is outstanding. If your copier or scanner is down they are on site to repair w/in hours, no questions asked. My scanner went down this AM in the middle of our annual audit and Mr. Larry got the IT "pro from dover", Mr. Jarrod, to take over our computers and copier and fix the problem in minutes. Femi was quick and efficient. I realized later I had made an error and returned to the shop. Awa kindly offered to help me until Femi was available. Plus, I was then able to ship my documents from the Hyattsville location. They appreciated my honesty and taking responsibility for my error. They were easy to talk to, very friendly, and happy to be of service. Should I need anything in the future, I will return to PostNet Hyattsville, which just happens to be my local store.”
