“I had a really good experience with Recovery 1 Towing today. I was unfortunately broke down in DC and had to be towed all the way to Baltimore. To start, the service was excellent and the pricing, competitive. Malachi, my driver, was super professional and very personable. He updated me constantly on his whereabouts before his arrival, and once on call, proceeded to quickly get me across town. You can tell these guys are all about good business. “I was on a date and we ended up getting stuck in a parking lot, as the snow was icy and broke. That caused us to not be able to move, and we called several places trying to request for help. One place tried to quote us around 600 dollars (winch out), and after calling the non-emergency line as a last resort, the police pointed us this way. The person who was sent to help us was this lovely man named Mickey, and he was SO efficient and sweet. He made sure we got out safe and that we were comfortable, and he just seemed like a really great guy. He made me feel a lot less anxious about a bad situation, so props to him. :)”
“Had a tire issue and they were able to get me in same day and fix all the issues I needed resolved. They were honest about the problems and even did work on my vehicle that may have been causing the issue to begin with. Definitely recommend. Front office staff is also very friendly. Also the shop looks very clean. Only cons is I was there for a little while but other than that no complaints.”

“I brought my 2016 WRX here for repairs through Allstate, and I honestly cannot recommend this shop enough. As a car enthusiast, I’ve had some really poor experiences with other body shops in the past regarding workmanship and professionalism, so I was hesitant to try a new place. This shop completely changed my perspective.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. You can tell they have a great team dynamic here—when I went to pick up the car, the mechanic was blasting music in the bay and the office staff didn't mind at all; it just felt like a team that actually enjoys working together, which usually translates to better work.
The results speak for themselves. The paint match is absolutely perfect against the pre-existing panels, which isn't easy to do on this car. A huge shoutout to the estimator who worked with me regarding my aftermarket parts; most shops make that a headache, but he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.”

“I’ve been coming to Perfect Auto for years and every time they have made my repair experiences super easy! Being a women, I’ve had other shops try and take advantage of me over the years BUT THAT HAS NEVER been the case with Ahsan and Omar! They are honest, fast with repairs, and extremely affordable!! They go above and beyond to explain the issues I’ve had with my vehicles and it’s more appreciated than they know!! I just recently bought a used truck that needed a MD inspection (as soon as possible so I could put tint on ASAP ??) They not only scheduled me for the inspection the same day, but had me in and out of the shop in under an hour! BUT THEN….I found out they have a tint and detail shop a few doors down, so Ahsan personally walked me down to the tint shop, introduced me to the manager, and THEY (were super friendly and knowledgeable) had me out in 30 minutes! I called OG Automotive asking for a same-day state inspection, and despite them being busy, they were able to accommodate me for the following day for my state inspection. Upon arrival, I talked to the friendly receptionist and the inspection was done <1 hour.
Unfortunately, it did not pass because of a wheel bearing issue, but I spoke with the owner and they were able to fix it (at a very reasonable rate for this area), and same-day right before my MVA titling appointment.”

“A good place for Gas if you like the Sunoco Brand…!! There’s is also a Guatemalan food truck that is pretty good. My real happiness comes from the AWESOME Mechanics at this location. One of the mechanics has been there more than 40 years..!! When I was 16 I had a Pontiac 6000 STE. I took my car to many mechanics and it never got it’s electrical problem fixed. This mechanic at Sunoco gave me a fair price to change my Alternator and change my terminal cables to battery (spot worn discharging electricity to ground) which kept making my battery dead. Problem fixed on Pontiac!!… Now 30 years later, I moved back to my hometown of Wheaton, MD, These mechanics did a Mobil synthetic Oil change (8 Qts) and my Maryland State Inspection for $200 for my 2021 Chevrolet Suburban. I am SÚPER happy and proud to still see the same honest and fair Mechanics. The Rockville Chevrolet dealer Service department had quoted me $150 for Oil change and more $ if I wanted Mobil One Synthetic. Then the dealer quoted me $250 for the Maryland State Inspection. Let’s summarize: Rockville Chevrolet would have charged me like $450 total if I wanted Mobil One Synthetic and these AWESOME mechanics charged me $199… taxes included. You make your own opinion. Next case…, My mom had her Subaru serviced at a Mechanic that changed her Radiator. He touched brackets attached to the transmission and left screws not tighted and maybe loosened nuts not to be loosened. My mother didn’t know why her transmission started slipping. I kept checking the transmission Oil level and eventually added two quarts. I brought to these AWESOME mechanics. They showed me how some loose nut had made the transmission fluid leak slowly. They serviced my mom’s Subaru and now it is working like a new car. I’m telling you my mom is super happy and so am I…. I am Proud to tell you these stories and hopefully help you find here great and awesome mechanic service at a fair reasonable price. God bless..!”
