8-1-18: Well add another screwed customer. Driver claimed I asked for future delivery. Had someone at house all day as package required signature. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY! Top it with all off,,,FedEx delivered my neighbor their Chewy package today!! Lazy, uncaring driver and company. Update, 8-2-18, second day driver lied yet again. Supposedly, back on way to deliver after I called CS, we will see

Never deliver on time. Package goes out on truck for delivery but most times spend several days on truck before arriving. I am only 20 minutes from this location yet nothing gets here in a reasonable time. UPS and USPS are both million times better at delivering. Wish you had more control over who companies chose to ship through.

They never deliver on time and lie and say you didn't answer your door even tho they never left a delivery attempted note smh

The drivers frequently steal packages. No accountability. Walmart needs to stop working with this mess of a company.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have a perishable refrigerated food delivery that was supposed to have been delivered yesterday but they delayed delivery "due to the weather" which has been 40 degrees and clouds/drizzle. No snow, wind, storms, etc. Today they delayed it again so my food will be unsafe for consumption by the time it ever arrives to me. When I contacted customer service, I got no answers or apologies for why they are claiming they can't deliver my package in light rain. I will never do business with any company that uses FedEx again and have warned everyone I know.
