Fedex does not know how to deliver packages. They have misdelivered 10 packages this year and they did not find them. I have to now specifically email when I buy something from eBay I now have to email the seller do not send it through FedEx. With the 10th package that they lost. The customer service agent stated that they're going have the station manager call me and also send the driver back. They never did. I'm reporting them to the better Business bureau because there is no reason for this. This is a scam organization.

Love FedEx, hate the White Marsh location. Every package I have from them is delayed or rescheduled for days later.

Once again, their garbage drivers left a package at my home that is *not mine*. This time, though, it is huge, covering all the steps to the only door I can enter though, and too heavy for me to move. And of course, I can't get a human on the phone. Even if I did, they wouldn't come correct this issue because I've called about pachages that weren't mine before. They do not care.

I was supposed to receive my delivery today and as I checked my tracking it stated no one was available for the delivery but the drive never came to my door of my apartment. They left the sticker and that was it. No one contacted me so I could come get my couch now I have to wait until tomorrow to receive my couch. If you want an easy job maybe a delivery driver isn't the option. Inconveniencing people because you're lazy is unprofessional and shows low character :)

Tracking stated the delivery was scheduled for today. I had someone home for the signature as requested. They did not knock or ring the bell as I have dogs that hear everything and go crazy. They simply put the sticker on the door and left. They won't redeliver today nor can I pick it up today.

Trash company. Lazy employees who lie about where the packages are in transit and lie about delivery attempts.

Short story is a FedEx driver lied about me signing for a new cell phone from Xfinity! I currently live in Florida and signed up for Xfinity services over the phone on April 11th to start after I move to Bel Air, MD on May 18th. I told the rep I wouldn’t be there until then. The next thing I know is I get an email from Xfinity and FedEx on April 11th saying my phone has been shipped to the new address! I called both Xfinity and FedEx to halt the shipment, but neither would do it. I was told by Xfinity that it required proof of ID and a signature, and if no one was at the home after 2 attempts, it would be returned to Xfinity. That’s a lie. I got an email from FedEx on 4/14 saying the phone had been delivered and signed for by me. That’s impossible, because I was standing inside my house in FLORIDA when I allegedly signed for it. I filed a claim with FedEx, but they insisted the driver had me sign for it. The house was empty and the property manager said no one was there on that date.
Flash forward to May 1st. The property manager went to the house to check on things and found the phone in a package on the front stoop, where it’s been sitting since April 14th! Now I have a mess to sort out with Xfinity after I move up there, because they are already billing me for a phone I don’t and never had, plus I missed the window to activate it under a promotion. I can’t make anyone understand, so no clue how this will work out. I’m hoping I find someone at the local Xfinity Store there to understand and correct this mess.
Moral of this story. Don’t trust FedEx or Xfinity!

Company lies and will tell you that they tried to make a delivery but nobody was avaliable to accept the delivery or the business was closed. First off, this is a residental delivery and the Package does NOT require a signature and it does not need somebody to be home to accept it. I have multiple cameras around my house and nobody stopped at my house or go down my driveway to try and deliver. Camera's don't lie!

Worst delivery service available. Not sure how they stay in business. Drivers are careless an lazy contractors. I'll never use them again if i see the company I order from is using them it's getting canceled. Managers have given up because of how abysmal their employees are.
