“I go to UPS Store in Fallston at least three times a week. I must say, this UPS store is the friendliest and most helpful around. (I've been to others which were a huge fail).. They have helped me with shipping, returns, packing items in special sized boxes and they just did a custom print order for me which turned out great. I HIGHLY recommend this UPS store over all others in the area!!”
“I love the cube. The concept, Black girl magic, childcare, and location are great. I wish there were more kids/ more awareness of the childcare option and more general members there daily. The event space is flexible and great for different kinds of events. The conference rooms and outdoor space are cute and great options for meetings. I do wish the conference rooms or unoccupied offices were available for use when not booked to make calls or take quick virtual meetings to not disturb others. Overall I recommend it.”

“I've printed through Advance Printing for over four years and every publication comes through amazingly. The print quality is beyond expectations and their service is friendly and quick.I'm not based in Maryland, I'm in Vermont, and I do believe in supporting local first, but also supporting small business and family businesses, this place is both! Small in stature big in delivery. I've priced out local printers and none can touch the pricing that Advance offers, local printers are easily double the cost.We print 5k-10k copies of our productions at a time and Advance doesn't even flinch, delivering fast turn around times. I would recommend them whether you're in Maryland or well beyond, like me.”

“my last visit to this store was actually my very first time in any kind of ups store ever, and i will admit I was a bit anxious about it all. As someone who has issues with talking to people & social anxiety, i felt really comfortable with the staff, they allowed me to say everything i needed help with and i got everything done within a few minutes. “I was on a very tight time schedule for a rush job of 100 two-sided color copies for an unavoidably last-minute family matter. I got the materials in a partially complete state on a Sunday evening and I needed to prep them for copying such that I could have the finished project a little more than 12 hours later. I uploaded the finished materials and my payment/contact information via The UPS Store website. Shortly after the store opened on Monday morning, I received a phone call from the store that the upload--in particular, the layout to be printed, wasn't successful due to a problem with the UPS server. My heart sank, because I could see that my tight deadlines were about to be shattered. But Peter, the representative, was reassuring. I only had to send him the materials in an email attachment. He waited on the phone while I sent the email and then confirmed that the materials were ready for copying. He understood my need for the job to be rushed, and said that he expected the finished job to be ready for pick-up around noon. That would be tight, but doable. Yet, not even an hour later, he called back to say that the job was complete, looked good, and was ready for pick-up. After the delay, my job was still delivered when I ideally needed it. When I picked it up, the several staff members I dealt with were polite, efficient and professional. I could ask for nothing more. And, the price I paid was exactly what I was quoted by the website, and about half of what their major chain competitor quoted. This was a total win. The combination of personal service, attention to this customer's need, and competitive pricing was all I could ask for. They'll be my first choice when I need printing and shipping in the future.”
