“I had a great experience working with Elite Motors, especially Mitchell and Rashid. From the beginning, they were patient, responsive, fair, and accommodating throughout the entire process.
They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the work that had been performed on the vehicle, and review an independent inspection report that I had done. They were also willing to negotiate on price and worked with me to reach a deal that both sides felt was fair.
I also want to address something I had seen in another review regarding pre-purchase inspections. Elite Motors had no issue with me getting an independent pre-purchase inspection. The only limitation was that the inspection needed to be performed at their dealership rather than taking the vehicle off-site. That’s understandable to me, as transporting a customer’s vehicle elsewhere can create insurance and liability concerns for any dealership. They were completely cooperative throughout the inspection process and welcomed me sharing the inspection results with them.
I especially appreciated that they’re a family-owned business. At no point did I feel pressured into making a purchase. Mitchell and Rashid were honest, respectful, and genuinely worked to earn my business rather than simply make a sale.
If you’re looking for a dealership that communicates well, is transparent, negotiates fairly, and treats customers with respect, I would absolutely recommend giving Elite Motors a chance.”
