Went in July 4th to upgrade our phones. Christine was our customer service representative. She was amazing. We ordered our new Galaxy 25 ultras and some cases and screen protectors. We will be back next week when the phones arrive. I am looking forward to visiting Christine again. Friendly, always smiling and happy to help us. Thank you, Christine! See ya soon.

The employees in the store, at the Avenue, are great! This company however terrible! Outside of speaking to a person at the store, anyone you speak to on the phone is ZERO HELP! Customer Service, I.e. the Not helpful department, can not help with anything you call about. They “accidentally” compromise my information, linking my account with someone else, and then will not fix it. Consumer beware!

I am completely annoyed with xfinity. Fake promo deals. They know how to get you in. But fail to follow the policies that they claim to offer. Xfinity has lost me as a client.

Customer service is the worst. The employees are all disrespectful and have extremely poor attitudes. Employee told me to sit down or they will not check me in just to return a piece of equipment.

they take appointments for fios, but when you arrive for your appointment, your told they can't help with fios

My bill keeps rising for no reasons and the equipment will just just not work so I have too go too store too replace equipment and bill is high as it is and it's like pulling teeth trying too get compensated or something off my bill crazy not happy with Comcast this is out of hand and over priced for what is out there too replace with a very small fraction of what Comcast is charging i5 is just ridiculous amd unmoral to humanity when everything is up way too high in price how is anyone supposed too afford these crazy high prices ???

Check all available options before choosing xfinity. You cannot get ahold of them via phone or chat and if you go to location all they tell you is "you have to call the number" customer retention is pathetic and its a perfect way to get an aneurism from talking to a wall that doesn't actually assist anyone
