Service was great and efficient but the bald fat dude had a poor attitude. Not expecting them to be all smiles and sunshine when servicing people but geez! Heaven forbid you have to do the job you applied for! 🤷🏾♀

Great customer service from Nicole. When I walked in several coworkers were laughing and talking to each other, no one greeted us. Ms Nicole was quick to ask if we needed help. I really appreciate her professionalism and information about what Xfinity has to offer.

Updated review: the service here is much better and way faster than it was previously. You barely have to wait in the long lines and if you do, you’re in and out in less than 15 minutes.
