“My daughter had a deer run out in front of her and she couldn’t stop in time. The front end of her car was a mess. Joe got her car in immediately and began the process of getting insurance to cover things. Our insurance tried to low ball his estimate several times but he fought back and got the job done right. It took a little extra time but it was so worth it. When we picked up her car it looked like it did the day she drove it off the lot brand new. I will bring all my auto body issues to him from this point on. He will fight any insurance company to make sure you don’t have to!”

They kept me well informed about the process and time frame through text. No later than that Friday of the same week that I took it in, they told me it was ready. I was so impressed and the quality was top tier. Not to mention the great customer service from Dian from the front desk and the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this place.”

“I came here to have my car repaired due to an accident. Everyone was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. Amanda was the first to greet me with a warm welcome, and Wanda kindly explained the miscommunication that had occurred when I made the appointment. Both were very willing to assist and even offered to contact Enterprise to have the rental car delivered to the shop. Although I ultimately had to call them myself due to issues beyond the team's control, their willingness to help did not go unnoticed.
Once everything was sorted, Eric came out to introduce himself. He listened carefully to my concerns and was very attentive and accommodating to my needs. I appreciate the texts that I received with the status of the vehicle.
