Got the account reopened supposedly, had to call multiple times. Everytime I called they never tried to hear what I was saying and would start talking before I was finished saying let me get you this person or that person. Account was finally reopened and got my check deposited. Perfect or so I thought ? go to use my card, it doesn't work. Drive to the ATM did a balance inquiry, it knows my account number but the card is invalid. Explanation please! Needless to say. I'll be closing the account after bills are finalized. In the beginning it was a great bank but I highly recommend you find another big with better communication.”

“Good bank to deal with.I had an issue with my debit card,they issued a new card right at the bank.They activated it and had resolved the issue in about 15 minutes. Any other bank in town you would had a 7 to 10 day waiting period just to get the new card in mail.Thumbs up.”
“Wow! Tisha took me right in! I was having a hard day waiting in the heat at 8 am in the parking lot waiting for the lobby to open at 9. She came out and saw me waiting in the heat and took me in 20 minutes before their lobby opened. Thats a person who cares about their customers! I prayed to God and he sent me someone who cares! “I Was in the Martinsburg office this past week to set up an account and apply for a credit card to build my credit. I had soo many questions and the amazing service from the young lady named Catherine was wonderful. She was very patient with me and gave me all the answers I asked and if she didn’t know the answer she called to get the answer while I was there. I left there feeling secure and happy with all the help I received. I will highly recommend this to anyone that doesn’t understand or is wanting a great bank to work with especially with ms. Catherine.”

“Very friendly people there only problem is they don't have enough people went there two weeks ago and waited in mine probably 20 minutes but they were short-handed so you know I guess that happens every once in awhile but this has happened last two times I've gone to the bank had to stand in line and wait and wait and wait not easy to stand there that long for and being handicapped but it's fine Associates are very very friendly and when you do get to one of them they do help you and doesn't take long at all so I guess it just depends on who and what the person in front of you is doing”

“Bank employees have always been friendly & courteous; however, it would be nice to have *extended hours AT LEAST once a week*. Some of us have to be at work at 9a (when BC&T opens) & do not get off work by 4p or 5:30p (when BC&T Closes weekdays).”
