“I was recently in a fender bender where a young driver hit the back of my car and drove away. The entire issue was a convoluted mess where the family took nearly a month to respond to their insurance agency, and the resolution went from my needing to file an uninsured motorist claim, to finally being able to file a claim on their insurance (after the sheriff's office got involved.) Though all of this mess, the Campbell Insurance office was there to hold my hand and help me.In particular, an agent named Caleb was top notch. Caleb took every one of my phone calls, patiently answered every one of my questions, spoke with the sheriff's office, and even managed to make me laugh every time I spoke with him.I would not hesitate to recommend Allstate insurance through Craig Campbell's office to anyone. After my experience working with Caleb, I can confidently say our family would never even consider switching insurance providers.”
