Quality Inn provides a laid-back stay with generally clean rooms and good amenities like TV and fridge, suitable for long visits. Many guests praise the excellent, friendly customer service and attentive front desk, though experiences vary and one staff member was noted as rude. The location is very good, near stores and restaurants and about 20 minutes from Baltimore downtown. Security is alert 24 hours a day. However, some rooms had maintenance issues like a broken headboard, stained mattress, lack of hot water, or a cigarette smell, and one room had roaches. The breakfast received poor reviews. Despite some problems, many found it a decent value and would return.
Reasonably priced, clean and well maintained hotel, polite staff, always cater the needs of customers. Shay is amazing! She is always positive, helpful and kind with a big smile.

For the price it did what it was to do. Shower and sleep. The room had a smokey smell on entering but other than that for the price it works. Note that every Friday and Saturday from 11am to 2am the bar downstairs host a party and people were coming. The parking lot is over packed taking away parking for paying customers.

It's a very quiet place to stay at. No one bothers you. So if you're traveling on business or leisure, this is the place to stay.
