Quality Inn provides a laid-back stay with generally clean rooms and good amenities like TV and fridge, suitable for long visits. Many guests praise the excellent, friendly customer service and attentive front desk, though experiences vary and one staff member was noted as rude. The location is very good, near stores and restaurants and about 20 minutes from Baltimore downtown. Security is alert 24 hours a day. However, some rooms had maintenance issues like a broken headboard, stained mattress, lack of hot water, or a cigarette smell, and one room had roaches. The breakfast received poor reviews. Despite some problems, many found it a decent value and would return.
