They completed an estimate, which helped in getting some new genuine parts ordered and then had a minor revision a couple days later, once they started some of the removals, which is typical. Both estimates were fair for the amount of work required to do and were covered by insurance. The genuine replacement parts were repainted and matched exactly. The protective clear coating was also part of the quoted rework and was completed beautifully. Awesome job, highly recommend!”

There were two employees at the register who quickly helped me get set up with the correct wiper blades, and Owen didn’t hesitate to take it from there.

Despite frigid temperatures, strong winds, and overall miserable weather, Owen installed all three wiper blades on my vehicle before I left. I stood outside with him in solidarity, and even then I was impressed by his professionalism and positive attitude. He made sure everything was secure and that I was in a good spot before driving off, which I really appreciated given the conditions.
