“shout out to Dora! I have been banking with MT bank for 20 yrs ( way back when they were in weis grocery store) for my personal and buisness accounts . Dora has always been the face of this branch. she always greets you with a smile and whenever i had an issue she is always there to help resolve it . You do not see customer service like this anymore . All the tellers ( Maria , Joyce ) are also great!”

“PNC Bank at the Mt. Airy branch has been my bank for both personal and business for the past twenty plus years. Through the years at times it has been difficult getting documents notarized without an appointment, difficult getting monies wired and unsatisfactory customer service at times. I've always wondered why all the identification was necessary in cashing checks.
I now realize that fraudsters are very savvy producing fake checks and fake documents and thus the extra protection for all depositers as it has happened to my business. PNC handled it quickly, professionally with good communication.
I've gone to the bank several times in the last few weeks to get documents notarized, monies transferred, etc. and I've noticed a huge improvement in the day-to-day operations at the Mt. Airy branch. Good business practices start at the top and it's refreshing. Thank you PNC and Dora for taking good care of your customers!”
